What Happens Next?

Now you’ve flicked through the 30 Day fat loss plan and gave yourself set up, we can’t wait to see your progress.

Start it as soon as you can because any plan can get you incredible results, it just all comes down to taking action on that plan in the first place.

If you want more regular contact with us and want to know more about what we do, we have two things for you.

1. Get involved in our free Fit with uFit Facebook group here –> – Everyday we share our knowledge and pass on as much as we can, helping you become leaner and more confident in everyday life. Here’s also a great place to ask us any questions you may have in regards to the plan.

2. We have a group coaching program that is by application only. We want to work with people who are dedicated to achieving the body they want and are desperate to change their image and mindset. For that reason, we have an application process, so we get to work with those that are truly committed to change. You can apply here —> Apply Here <— At the time of writing this we open the doors to it every 6 weeks and currently have 3 spaces open for the next phase. So apply and we’ll have a chat.

Remember – you are awesome, no matter what shape you’re in. Love yourself for who you are and don’t let anyone bring you down.

If you’re not ready to start the program above, it’s not a problem, you can come back at a later date. But you have our permission to either start it or not.
