If You’re Limited For Time To Have An Effective Fat Burning Workout But Know You Have 20 Minutes To Work Out Then…You Should Do This Fat Burning, Tummy Tightening Workout.
Time is of the essence right?
You’ve got a job you need to protect.
Family to look after.
Food to make.
Sometimes it’s all too much.
And the one thing we neglect?
There’s a reason why over the tannoy on an aeroplane it says
Please secure you’re own mask before helping others
They’re damn right.
If you don’t prioritise yourself, you’ll never be able to help anyone else.
And I see it with your fitness.
You just neglect working out because it’s not a priority.
It’s almost a luxury.
Does it have to be that way, though?
Would it help if you were able to get in and out of the gym quicker than the walks you go on?
What if you could fit a workout in your lunch break?
Or in the half hour, you actually have to yourself on the way to/from work?
I’m all for making the most of your time.
Scenario for you.
Chatting to a lady the other day who doesn’t have time to go to the gym but takes an hour or two for walks most days.
What if we filled that time with more effective work?

Starting with this, the ‘One More Round’ workout.
Today we’re going to be a full body routine that is perfect for those small gaps in the day you have.
We’re going to be focussing on your thighs, your bum and your waist to start with, so you’ll definitely feel the effects tomorrow.
And the next day.
It’s all good, though.
This pain isn’t as bad as child birth.
You just can’t sit for a day or two perhaps.
But you wanted to be more active so maybe standing will do you some good ?
The ‘One More Round’ Metabolic Circuit
Start with a light warm-up, just gently increasing your heart rate until you feel warm and ready for the main workout.
I suggest you download Seconds too, it’s a brilliant app that you can set to a timer.
Will help with this workout and the future ones.
Complete the following workout for 5 consecutive rounds, with 45 seconds rest after each circuit.
1. BB Romanian Deadlift x 8
2. DB Shoulder Press x 8
3. DB Split Squats x 8/leg
4. DB Bent Over Row x 8
5. KB Swings x 15
REST 45 seconds and repeat 4 more times.
See? It’s not that bad.
