Awesome, You have the workouts but what about your cardio?

I need cardio in my life I hear you say.

Truth is, you don’t need a lot of it. Perhaps 2 x a week would suffice.

Optional Cardio Workout

Treadmill Sprints         Gradient – 7 (incline)      Speed – As fast as you can run

Sprints: 20 Seconds

Rest: 40 Seconds

Repeat 6-8 x.
