I WANT TO TRAIN DIRTY, EAT CLEAN AND HAVE FUN
What made you join uFit?
Before joining uFit I was attending a local gym. At first I was motivated and keen to get fit and healthy, however I had no support. As time went on, the same routine became boring and I was afraid of trying out new things in the gym, as I wasn’t sure about form or types of exercises. I then decided to research online of other types of workouts I could do which involved groups of people and then I came across uFit. Since joining in February I have stayed committed and motivated and absolutely love the challenging sessions. You just don’t ever know what you’re walking into.
What changes have you noticed since you started training with us?
I have gone through many changes since I started at uFit. Initially my intentions were to lose weight and tone. However as time went on I became more conscious about what I eat, how I work out and what I need to keep doing to ensure I reach my goals. I feel more confident about the way I look and how I fit into my clothes. I put away the scales and replaced them with a mirror. “Look into the mirror….that’s your only competition.
What would you say to anyone who is contemplating joining uFit?
You won’t know unless you’ve at least tried it out? There’s so much support from the trainers and from the fellow uFitters, you’ll only regret not joining.
What is the biggest tips you would give someone looking to improve their health and wellness?
Be specific and realistic with your goals, listen and learn from others, challenge yourself daily, approach with a positive mind-set, keep track of your progression for motivation and lastly but not least, do it for yourself.
What one thing do you believe has made the greatest change to your health?
What has been your best experience at uFit so far?
Being able to work out with the fellow uFitters. Having that support from everyone keeps you motivated and pushes you to reach your goals. I couldn’t do it without them 🙂
