Easy Chocolate Cake

If there’s one thing I love in this world, besides Marvel of course then it has to be chocolate cake.

Seriously, it’s delicious.

So what did I do?

I went away and made it of course and here’s the recipe if you’ve never made it before and fancy trying your hands at it.

 

Shopping & Ingredients List

100g Cocoa Powder, unsweetened

75g Honey

3 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted

4 large Eggs, beaten

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

½ tsp Cream of Tartar

½ tsp Bicarbonate of Soda

 

And here’s How You Do It…

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180c (160fan), 350f, Gas Mark 4. Grease a round cake tin.

2. In a bowl combine the dry ingredients.

3. In another bowl beat together egg, honey, oil, vanilla. Slowly beat in dry ingredients until combined. Pour into cake mould.  Bake for 20 mins or until a skewer comes out clean. Cool before serving.

Pretty tasty and very very simple.
