I joined to be fitter, stronger and a better version of myself. I am by far fitter & stronger then ever before, ufit is a huge part of my life. Turning up to my first bootcamp was the best decision I have ever made.

If you're thinking of joining, do it now ! It will be the best decision you will ever make. Absolutely amazing trainers! Everyone is so welcoming. Every class is so much fun. But be prepared, you're going to get addicted. Self confidence has definitely improved.

There’s Nothing more rewarding than seeing the results and knowing it’s all because your hard work and determination. Couple that with having best trainers to guide you every step of the way.

What would you say to anyone who is contemplating joining uFit?

Don’t think about it - just do it!! If you know you need to change your lifestyle and you need to get your shit together, don’t hesitate! Sort it out now! It’s all in your hands. Taking the first step is the hardest and you’ll be nervous and scared but we were all there once upon a time - and we haven’t looked back. And when you start seeing results, it will only motivate you even more.

Initially a value for money groupon offer. What keeps me coming back - the style of bootcamp works for me, the trainers are great - supportive and encouraging, the team spirit, the uFit family feel.

What would you say to anyone who is contemplating joining uFit?

Just do it! Try it, meet the teams, commit to it and make it work for you.

Naomi Owens

I haven’t looked back since!

Naomi’s journey has been nothing short of awesome, it’s about time she got rewarded for it… And if you are wondering what Naomi is holding…H&M Vouchers, her favourite shop!! (I’ve been told these have already been spent!) What are your health and fitness goals? To be as strong, lean and fit as possible and to keep challenging my body every day.

What made you join uFit?

I was in a car accident in November 2010 and subsequently suffered with severe back pain for the next three years ; going from being relatively active to doing zero exercise. During this period I pretty much received every treatment option available from physio to acupuncture but with very little improvement.  I had my last round of physio at the end of 2013 and was advised to continue to strengthen my core and back muscles if I wanted to make as full a recovery as possible.What followed this advice was then a frantic Google search for possible ways this could be achieved somewhere relatively close to home, that’s when I stumbled across uFit and I haven’t looked back since.

What made you join uFit?

Sam Beagle, the man himself. On our consult he seemed pretty confident, showed interest in my motives and really wanted to understand where I come from and where I'm heading and I could feel from his knowledge, enthusiasm and commitment that uFit will be the right choice.

What changes have you noticed since you started training with us?

Well, I feel more energetic, my body has started to transform from a wobbly surface to a more toned one and I feel a great deal better in my skin generally.

When I first was able to do proper push-ups. Not on the knee, not just dropping down 1 inch, full proper push-ups. It didn't actually take as long as I thought it would be to get there.

What are your health and fitness goals?

When I first started Ufit my goals were very small. Such as not getting out of breath walking up the stairs and try to get more energy. Then after a few months, I accomplished these and my goals have become bigger I now want to run a half marathon, get toned continue with my fat loss and hopefully not have to take my inhaler anymore.

What changes have you noticed since you started training with us?

Massive changes in my life.
